Burgundy New York Steak Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 New York Steaks
- 1 cup flour
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp parsley
- 6 whole mushrooms
- 1 cup burgundy

Directions:
Chop the new york steaks into 1/2 inch cubes and dredge them into the flour.  In a large skillet, heat the butter and brown the new york steak on all sides.

Add to the skillet the onion, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, mushrooms and burgundy and bring the sauce to a boil.  Reduce the heat to simmer and cook for 45 minutes – 1 hour.

Suggestion: Serve steaks and sauce with white rice.
