<p><strong>Directions:</strong><br />

<p>Add to the skillet the onion, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, mushrooms and burgundy and bring the sauce to a boil.  Reduce the heat to simmer and cook for 45 minutes &#8211; 1 hour.</p>
<p>Suggestion: Serve steaks and sauce with white rice.</p>

<p><strong>Directions: </strong><br />

<p>Season with salt and pepper and serve the <strong>New York steaks</strong> immediately with steamed asparagus, broccoli or baked potatoes.</p>
