New York Steak and Leeks

Ingredients:
- 4 New York Steaks
- 2 large fresh leeks
- 2 tbsp peppercorns
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat grill to medium high.  Sauté the New York steaks in 2 tbsp olive oil with the peppercorns over medium high heat for 5 minutes on each side.  Remove the New York steaksfrom the pan and place them on the grill.  Meanwhile, dice and sauté the leeks in olive oil until tender and semi transparent.  Place the sautéed leeks on the New York steaks and continue to grill for 3 minutes.  Serve immediately with twice baked potatoes, fresh rolls and dinner salad or soup.
