New York Steak with Whipped Blue Cheese
Ingredients:
2 New York Steaks
- 1/4 tsp chili pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the grill to high heat. Smother each New York Steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper and sear each side for 1-2 minutes. Reduce the grill heat to medium and cook each side of the new york steaks for 7-10 minutes, flipping them only once. Meanwhile, mix the blue cheese, butter, peppercorn, garlic powder and fresh lemon juice in a small bowl, whipping them until smooth. Spread the blue cheese mixture over each New York Steak and serve immediately with a fresh vegetable salad and dinner rolls.
