New York Beef Steak with Orange Marinade

Ingredients:
- 2 New York Beef Steaks
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
In a shallow bowl, combine the orange juice, teriyaki sauce, garlic, ginger, nutmeg, salt and pepper.  Place the new york beef steaks into the orange juice mixture and allow them to marinate for 2-4 hours.

Preheat the grill to medium high.  Sear each side of the new york beef steaks and continue to cook for about 5-7 minutes.  Serve immediately.
