Ingredients:
2 New York Strip Steaks
- 2 prime porterhouse steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbled
- 1 tbsp crushed peppercorn
- 1/4 tsp garlic power
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Preheat the grill to high heat.  Smother each New York strip steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper and sear each side for 1-2 minutes.   Reduce the grill heat to medium and cook each side of the new york steaks for 7-10 minutes, flipping them only once.

Meanwhile, mix the blue cheese, butter, peppercorn, garlic powder and fresh lemon juice in a small bowl, whipping them until smooth.  Spread the blue cheese mixture over each New York strip steak and serve immediately with a fresh vegetable salad and dinner rolls.
