Spicy Hot New York Steak Rub

Ingredients:
- 2 New York Steaks
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat grill to high.  Mix garlic salt, parsley, hot sauce, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.  Rub each side of the New York Steaks with the spicy steak rub.

Next, sear each side of the New York Steaks for approx 2-3 minutes. Reduce the grill heat to medium-high and continue to grill until desired doneness (approx 7-10 minutes).

Suggestion: Serve immediately with Spanish rice and beans.
